Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing meaningful casework, and working with the flexibility of a fully remote role? We're looking for a confident and approachable OHA to join our established Occupational Health team, delivering a high-quality, end to end OH service to clients across the UK — all from home.
You'll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, including the Head of OH Operations and Senior/Lead OHAs, while still having the autonomy to manage your own workload and make professional, evidence-based decisions.
What the role looks like day to day:
- Managing a remote caseload, including sickness absence, fitness for work and rehabilitation cases
- Undertaking pre-placement and pre-employment health assessments
- Providing clear, practical Occupational Health advice to HR and line managers
- Supporting employees with work-related health concerns in a professional and compassionate way
- Working closely with other OH services, including Technicians, OHPs, counselling and physiotherapy providers
What you'll bring:
- Current NMC registration
- At least 2 years' experience in Occupational Health
- Experience managing complex OH casework
- Strong report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and well-reasoned advice
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital OH systems
- Up to date knowledge of OH legislation, best practice and professional standards
Ideally, you'll also have:
- A post registration qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree)
