Pure Physiotherapy is recruiting an FCP Team Lead to support and develop our London FCP service. This role is ideal for an experienced FCP / APP looking to take the next step into clinical leadership while retaining a hands-on clinical role.
Role Summary
You will combine a significant FCP clinical caseload with protected non-clinical time to:
- Provide clinical leadership and line management for FCPs and Developing FCPs
- Support Roadmap to Practice progression
- Ensure high clinical standards across services
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead, PCNs, and NHS partners
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical supervision, mentoring, and line management of FCP staff
- Appraisals, performance management, and training support
- Supporting delivery across remote and in clinic FCP services
- Maintaining high standards of care, audit participation, and service development
- Delivering FCP clinics (including face-to-face PCN days)
- Building and maintaining strong PCN and stakeholder relationships
- Representing the service at PCN meetings and supporting pathway integration
Essential Criteria
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- BSc Physiotherapy
- Working as an MSK FCP / APP
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills
Desirable
- Postgraduate / Master’s qualification
- Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off
- Experience supporting or supervising colleagues
