We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business, assisting with the referral process of injured clients who have been referred to us for rehabilitation and case management services. Working alongside our referring parties of solicitors, insurance companies, case management companies, etc., you will be responsible for arranging assessments and treatment for the injured person, as well as supporting the team with associated tasks relevant to the client’s journey with ETS. This is a varied role within a supportive team. While team members may hold specific responsibilities across the duties below, you’ll also be expected to provide cover for colleagues when required. Full on-the-job training and development will be provided to help you become a confident, multi-skilled member of the team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role (or similar) where strong organisation, customer service and process compliance were essential
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders (e.g., clients, insurers, solicitors) is beneficial
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, clinical, insurance, legal, or case management environments is desirable (but not essential)
