We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Field Engineer to join our growing IT team, supporting sites across the UK. This is a dynamic role combining field‑based support, remote troubleshooting, and project involvement, with the opportunity to play a key part in acquisition onboarding and service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Travelling across the UK to deliver on‑site IT support to clinics and corporate offices
  • Acting as a first responder to minimise downtime and keep critical services running
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supporting installations, upgrades, and site onboarding activities
  • Providing remote Service Desk support when not in the field
  • Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and knowledge articles
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an IT support or field engineer role (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, M365, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting across multi‑site environments
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and own issues through to resolution
  • A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK
