Henfield area

About the Role
As a Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver specialist nursing care and clinical support to clients with a range of complex conditions.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care within the client's home.
- Manage and oversee complex care packages.
β’ Support clients with
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator support
- PEG feeding
- Spinal injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Acquired brain injuries
- Complex medication management
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans.
- Train, mentor and support care staff where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience within complex care, community nursing or critical care environments.
- Confident in managing clinical interventions and emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
