Pure Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled FCP to join our growing clinical team. This post is based within sites in and around the local area. We are proud to offer a structured development pathway for those aiming to progress.
About the RoleAs a First Contact Practitioner (FCP), you\’ll be the first point of contact for patients with MSK conditions—no GP referral needed. You\’ll work autonomously within GP practices, supported by our robust clinical network, including roadmap supervisors, line managers, and regional teams. This role is ideal for experienced MSK clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert MSK assessment and management within primary care settings
Integrate into PCNs and collaborate with GPs and stakeholders
Promote supported self‐management and behavioural change
Maintain clear, comprehensive clinical documentation
Adapt to evolving primary care demands and work across multiple practices
Track patient outcomes to demonstrate service value
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
HCPC Registration
BSc in Physiotherapy
Minimum 5 years\’ MSK experience
Driver\’s licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
Postgraduate/Master\’s level qualification
Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off
