We are seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality NHS and Primary Care services across East Anglia. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Own the day-to-day operational delivery of NHS services across the region
- Ensure services run efficiently, meeting all quality and performance standards
- Lead workforce planning, including rota oversight and resource optimisation
- Maintain accurate operational systems, reporting, and process documentation
Contract & Stakeholder Management
- Take full accountability for contract performance and KPIs
- Build and manage strong, credible relationships with NHS stakeholders
- Lead service reviews and identify opportunities for enhancement and growth
- Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Provide strong leadership to regional operations teams
- Act as a role model, driving high performance and accountability
- Analyse data trends (using tools such as Excel/Power BI) to inform decisions
- Lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes
- Support strategic objectives and contribute to wider organisational goals
About You

- Operations (Ops) experience, ideally within healthcare or NHS settings
- Demonstrable understanding of NHS structures, contracts, and service delivery
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
- Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels
