Days: 7:00am - 9:00pm
Nights: 9:00pm - 7:00am

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a specialist care team supporting an individual living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in their own home in Crawley Down.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, enabling the individual to maintain comfort, dignity, and independence within their daily life. You will become part of a close-knit team delivering consistent and compassionate care tailored to their needs and preferences.
About the Role
The individual requires 24-hour support and uses non-invasive ventilation (NIV). As part of the care team, you will assist with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Mobility and positioning support
- Managing NIV equipment and providing reassurance
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and supporting with eating and drinking
- Following Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) guidance to ensure safe and enjoyable mealtimes
- Supporting daily routines, hobbies, and wellbeing
The individual enjoys a relaxed pace to their day, with regular meals, drinks, and snacks provided little and often.
