Purpose of the Role
As a Commercial Administrator at MLAS, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our commercial activities. Working closely with the Commercial Team Leader, you will provide high‑quality administrative support, manage communications, maintain internal systems, and help drive performance against key targets and KPIs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual looking to contribute to a fast‑paced and collaborative business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications via telephone and email
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Effectively prioritise and manage your workload to meet deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support conversion of enquiries into instructions
- Maintain and update internal systems and the company knowledge hub
- Support the Commercial Team Leader in achieving targets and KPIs
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or commercial role (medical or legal sector experience desirable)
- Experience in customer service and/or complaints resolution is advantageous
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook – training provided on internal systems)
- Strong written English skills, including grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
