Enable Therapy Services (ETS) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Manager Assistant (CMA) to join our friendly and dedicated team at our award-winning Leeds-based Head Office. As a CMA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our highly skilled Case Managers, helping to coordinate and deliver proactive rehabilitation services that make a real impact on our clients’ recovery journeys. You’ll liaise with a wide range of professionals, services, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and operational support.

Enable Therapy Services is a leading Rehabilitation and Vocational Case Management company. We specialise in early intervention support for individuals affected by injury or illness. Our team of HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists bring expert knowledge to help clients maximise their potential following accidents or health setbacks.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful difference

- Exceptionally organised, able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate services efficiently
- A confident communicator, comfortable working collaboratively with Case Managers, clients, families, and third parties
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
- Experience in healthcare or supporting individuals with injury/illness is desirable but not essential
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role or similar
