We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well-established team in a hybrid role based in Carlisle. This is a varied and rewarding position where you will deliver both onsite and remote Occupational Health services, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a diverse client base.

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload, including case management and pre-placement assessments
  • Delivering health surveillance programmes and workplace immunisations, including travel vaccinations
  • Providing clear, practical advice to managers, HR, and employees
  • Supporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plans
  • Promoting health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential, and professional clinical records

You will also build strong client relationships and support wider OH services such as physiotherapy and counselling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
  • Experience in case management, health surveillance, and pre-employment screening
  • Experience delivering immunisations, including travel vaccinations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
