About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Panel Resourcer to support the growth of our clinical and non-clinical freelance panels across our group businesses including languages.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated recruitment professional who enjoys building talent pipelines, forming strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand recruitment priorities, identify challenges, and develop targeted resourcing strategies that ensure we have access to the right talent when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Panel Resourcer, you will

  • Build and maintain knowledge of panel onboarding processes across multiple business areas.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Create engaging job adverts and social media campaigns to attract high-quality freelance talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future business requirements.
  • Conduct targeted searches and direct sourcing activities to identify specialist candidates.
  • Manage recruitment activity through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate records and timely communication.
  • Screen applicants through telephone interviews, written assessments, and candidate discussions.
  • Provide candidates with clear information regarding opportunities and recruitment processes.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop surveys and engagement initiatives to maintain active talent pools and measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Escalate recruitment challenges and market insights to the General Recruitment Manager and Head of Recruitment.
  • Support wider recruitment and business projects as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or a high-volume administration environment.
  • Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational experience.
  • Experience engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
