We’re looking for a proactive, organised, people focused Onboarding & Vetting Coordinator to support our end to end hiring journey. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable guide who ensures every new starter feels supported, informed, and excited to join us—while keeping our internal teams fully aligned and ready for their arrival.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Issuing contracts and offer letters within 24 hours
- Managing all pre-employment checks (RTW, BPSS, DBS, referencing)
- Guiding candidates through vetting and onboarding, chasing documents and answering queries
- Coordinating IT equipment, hotel bookings, induction details and more
- Keeping stakeholders updated with clear reports and progress updates
- Ensuring every new starter is fully cleared, equipped, and ready for day one
- Maintaining accurate records and contractual returns
- Supporting continuous improvement of our onboarding processes
- Sending welcome packs, gifts, and those personal touches that make a difference
- Working closely with HR, Operations, Training and IT to deliver a seamless experience

- Exceptionally organised with strong admin skills
- A confident communicator with a warm, friendly manner
- Great at building rapport and guiding people through processes
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A natural problem solver who loves going the extra mile
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Experienced in managing workload and juggling multiple priorities
- Familiar with MS Office and onboarding/vetting processes (RTW, DBS, BPSS, POA)
