We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Litigation Process Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring we maintain a high-performing expert panel that meets the needs of both the business and our customers. You will take ownership of managing expert performance and service delivery across your allocated areas, ensuring deadlines, availability, and service standards are consistently met - particularly across court-directed cases and cost budget processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all litigated cases where a Court Order is in force
- Monitor and manage the Court Deadline mailbox, ensuring all Court Orders are logged and actioned
- Obtain, track, and manage Cost Budget requests in line with client deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of Court deadlines and Cost budgets for audit purposes
- Proactively chase internal teams, experts, and external parties to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide regular updates to solicitors and stakeholders on case progress
- Ensure Experts are fully briefed, aware of deadlines, and compliant with requirements
- Keep operational management teams informed of workload and deadlines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CMS file logs
- Ensure all relevant documentation is correctly stored and auditable
- Track volumes of requests and produce monthly reporting for management
- Respond to both internal and external queries efficiently
- Handle daily post and email correspondence
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide solutions to day-to-day operational challenges
- Work in line with ISO Quality standards and business procedures
About You
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong understanding of case management processes
- Experience handling high-volume administrative workloads
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry, tracking, and record-keeping
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
