What You’ll Be Doing
- Travelling across the UK to deliver on‑site IT support to clinics and corporate offices
- Acting as a first responder to minimise downtime and keep critical services running
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Supporting installations, upgrades, and site onboarding activities
- Providing remote Service Desk support when not in the field
- Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an IT support or field engineer role (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, M365, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Hands‑on troubleshooting across multi‑site environments
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and own issues through to resolution
- A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication skills
