Claims Support Call Handler

About the Role
We are currently recruiting a number of Claims Support Call Handlers to join a growing team in Bolton.
This is a customer-focused telephone role involving outbound warm calls only. You will be speaking with claimants who have already started a compensation claim, so there is no cold calling or sales activity involved.
You will guide customers through the next stages of their claim, ensuring all required information and evidence is gathered to progress their case efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers who have already initiated a compensation claim.
- Verify and confirm claim details.
- Explain clearly what evidence and documentation is required to progress the claim.
- Guide customers through the claims process and answer any questions.
- Accurately record detailed notes and updates on the claims management system.
- Ensure customers understand the next steps and obtain confirmation that they wish to proceed with their claim.
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience at all times.

Skills & Experience

- Comfortable managing conversations and building rapport.
- Good IT skills and experience updating systems and records.
