Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Panel Performance Co‑Ordinator to manage the smooth running of our supplier network, which includes approximately 500 physiotherapy clinics, a CBT provider, and non‑contracted suppliers. You will play a key role supporting the Senior Panel Coordinator and Operations Team Manager while delivering a high-quality service in line with business SLAs and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for panel suppliers, managing queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain the supplier panel, ensuring optimal coverage, cost-effectiveness, and service quality
- Make informed panel management decisions, including supplier recruitment and fee structures
- Coordinate and distribute panel communications
- Support the management of complaints, including investigation and resolution of supplier issues
- Monitor customer feedback, following up on negative responses where appropriate
- Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with recruitment and audit processes
- Maintain accurate records across systems for both portal and non-portal suppliers
- Coordinate supplier onboarding to self-billing, working closely with finance teams
- Monitor and manage panel inboxes and respond promptly
- Upload and maintain site audit reports for contracted clinics
- Assist in system testing and improvements
- Handle escalations relating to poor supplier performance
- Process administrative requests such as password resets
- Provide support for ad hoc supplier queries
- Analyse supplier performance data and produce monthly SLA reports
- Run and interpret MI reports (Power BI, SSRS) to support decision‑making

- Previous experience in a similar coordination or supplier management role
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Power BI/Tableau, and internal systems (e.g. Bluedog)
- Experience working with data and reporting is highly desirable
- Understanding of supplier or panel management environments
