Your Day to Day Responsibilities
- Carrying out remote OH assessments, including case management and preâplacement screening
- Providing clear, evidenceâbased fitnessâforâwork advice
- Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaising confidently with HR teams, managers and employees
- Managing health surveillance, screening and vaccination programmes
- Maintaining high clinical standards inline with NMC guidance
- Ensuring accurate, compliant clinical recordâkeeping
- Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the OH service
- Attending onâsite assessments when required
What Youâll Bring
- Minimum 2 yearsâ postâregistration OH experience
- OH Diploma or Degree (desirable)
- Strong understanding of OH legislation and best practice
- Experience managing complex cases and producing highâquality clinical reports
- Strong IT skills and confidence working digitally
