Your Day to Day Responsibilities

• Carrying out remote OH assessments, including case management and pre‐placement screening
• Providing clear, evidence‐based fitness‐for‐work advice
• Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Liaising confidently with HR teams, managers and employees
• Managing health surveillance, screening and vaccination programmes
• Maintaining high clinical standards inline with NMC guidance
• Ensuring accurate, compliant clinical record‐keeping
• Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the OH service
• Attending on‐site assessments when required

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ post‐registration OH experience
• OH Diploma or Degree (desirable)
• Strong understanding of OH legislation and best practice
• Experience managing complex cases and producing high‐quality clinical reports
• Strong IT skills and confidence working digitally
