About the Role
- Providing high‑quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments.
- Supporting complex care needs including wound care, PEG feeding, stoma, tracheostomy and suctioning, bowel management, ventilation, brain and spinal injury and epilepsy.
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and building positive relationships.
- Following care plans and working as part of a supportive team.
