Are you a dynamic and experienced professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking an Assessment Centre Manager to play a pivotal role in our assessment centre operations.
As the Assessment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assessment centre, including administration, customer service, facilities, health and safety, and assessment delivery. You will work closely with Quality Assurance Managers to develop and implement successful target-related achievements and meet agreed target levels.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing leadership and oversight of the assessment centre.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to recruit Disability Assessors as required.
- Developing individual development plans for staff members.
- Maintaining a database of healthcare professionals.
- Producing evidence-based reports in compliance with DWP and contractual frameworks.
- Monitoring assessors’ performance and turnaround targets.
- Overseeing the internal sign-off of disability assessors.
- Reporting on capacity utilisation and compliance.
- Conducting physical inspections of the site.
- Managing the daily activities of health professionals.
Collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager, other Assessment Centre Managers, and Human Resources will be essential to foster employee engagement and well-being.
