The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: London (Enfield N14)

Salary: £12.71 - £14.80 per hour

Shifts: Part-time, Wednesdays 2.30pm-7.15pm and alternate Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)

About the Role

Central Health Physiotherapy are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic, delivering an efficient, professional and patient-focused service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and maintain a tidy, professional, and accessible reception area
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Book patients into physiotherapy appointments, classes, and services
  • Process payments and update patient records (including insurance details)
  • Bank cash and cheques regularly and manage petty cash in collaboration with Accounts
  • Provide general secretarial support to clinical staff
  • Issue patient surveys following initial appointments
  • Contact referrals in line with company policy
