Example Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing specialist within the cooling solutions sector, who are now looking to appoint an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Supervisor Engineer.
The Role
- As a Supervisor Engineer, you will be responsible for both on-the-tools engineering work and office based duties. Your time will be split between managing jobs, supporting the team, and attending sites across the region.
- Carry out installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Supervise and support engineers across multiple projects.
- Assist with quoting, job planning, and scheduling.
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.
- Support operational improvements and help drive the company forward.
Requirements
- F-Gas qualified (essential).
- 7–10 years’ experience within refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial systems.
- Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience preferred.
- Confident using systems and completing office-based tasks such as quoting.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Motivated, reliable, and keen to grow with the business.
Package & Benefits
- £38,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
