Example Recruitment Group now has an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing recruitment team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building working relationships with new business contacts. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders through the recruitment process, delivering a high level of client and candidate care throughout.
Working in recruitment is a demanding but rewarding career. To succeed you need to be ambitious, determined and motivated with an excellent work ethic. Previous recruitment or sales experience would be beneficial; however, the drive to succeed is more important. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly and thoroughly. You will be well organised and able to prioritise your day to achieve maximum results. You will need to show excellent communication skills and be able to make telephone calls both to candidates and clients.
This role will be based 5 days per week within our office in Ingleby Barwick. Working in a focused and driven team, you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring to help you become the best recruiter you can be. You will receive a competitive salary, a market-leading commission structure, and a range of incentives and events.
