We are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a large, well-established national M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) organisation based in Stratford. This is an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension. This role would suit someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry across internal systems
- Transferring and migrating data from one system to another
- Using SharePoint to manage and organise documentation
- Auditing and validating data from PayPoint systems
- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring records are correct and up to date
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident computer user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
