The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of electricians ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will provide technical guidance, oversee operational delivery, and act as a key point of contact for both engineers and clients. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical team and promote a strong safety-first culture.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers in the field.
  • Coordinate workloads and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal departments to support smooth project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, always ensuring excellent customer service.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory electrical role and ideally possess experience working within the social housing sector.

Essential Requirements

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • AM2 Qualification
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
  • Social Housing experience
  • Heating system wiring experience
  • Strong customer service focus
