Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic plumber to cover the Spalding area carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installation within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract.

Role

  • Plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Installation of plumbing fixtures
  • Assess and rectify plumbing issues
  • Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
  • Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience as a plumber
  • Experience in carrying out plumbing repair work and maintenance
  • Plumbing Qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

Package

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Overtime paid at hourly rate
  • Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
  • Salary: £31,500 per annum (DOE)
  • Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
  • Monthly bonus OTE £40,000+ per annum
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holiday (holiday entitlement increases with service)
