A leading M&E and maintenance contractor is looking for experienced Level 3 AC Engineers to join its London-based mobile engineering team. This role offers stable long-term work across a wide range of commercial and public sector properties.

Duties:

  • Air conditioning maintenance
  • PPM works
  • Reactive repairs
  • Fault finding
  • Call outs
  • Quoted remedial works
  • Occasional commissioning works

Working On:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Universities

  • Council buildings
  • Student accommodation
  • Care facilities

Requirements:

  • Level 3 AC Qualification
  • F-Gas Certification
  • Experience working on commercial systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good diagnostic ability
  • IPAF/PASMA beneficial

Package:

  • £20.00 – £23.00 per hour
  • Company van and fuel card
  • F-Gas equipment provided
  • Standard hand tools supplied
  • Travel paid (30 mins deducted each way)
  • 20 days holiday
