Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for driving quality, safety, and energy efficiency in construction? Were looking for a proactive Retrofit Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee a range of sustainable housing retrofit projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering projects that truly make a difference from heat pumps and PV installations to loft and cavity wall insulation.
What youll be doing Supervising day-to-day retrofit operations across multiple sites
Carrying out audits and site inspections to ensure compliance and best practice
Leading on Health & Safety , including toolbox talks and scaffolding checks (where applicable)
Attending monthly client contract meetings and providing project updates
Preparing for tenant installations, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Ensuring all retrofit installs work efficiently and meet required standards
What were looking for SSSTS qualification (essential)
Experience in retrofit or energy efficiency projects
Knowledge of scaffolding inspections (desirable)
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams
A proactive supervisor who takes ownership and drives high-quality standards
