About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive maintenance and repair services across West, North and East London.
You will be responsible for leading a team of directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and organisational skills, driving operational performance while delivering an outstanding service to customers.
