About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a skilled Ventilation Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing organisation delivering compliance, mechanical, and energy services across the UK. This field-based role focuses on the social housing sector, offering long-term stability, career progression, and the opportunity to work with modern ventilation and HVAC systems.

This position would suit an experienced Service Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in ventilation systems, fault finding, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair ventilation and HVAC systems across residential properties
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and system performance checks
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and clients
  • Complete job reports, compliance paperwork, and digital records accurately

Requirements:

  • ACS qualifications or relevant HVAC / ventilation certifications
  • Experience as a Ventilation Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Service Engineer
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
  • Experience in social housing or domestic environments (desirable)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
