They have a vacancy for a qualified commercial heating engineer to cover the East Anglia area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract.
The Role:
- Servicing commercial heating systems.
- Fault finding and repairs on commercial heating systems.
- Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients.
Experience required:
- Experience as a qualified commercial gas/heating engineer.
- Experience in servicing commercial boilers and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
- Commercial ACS qualifications incl. COCN1.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment).
The Package:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Overtime paid at hourly rate.
- Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
- Salary: 46,500 per annum (DOE).
- Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer.
- Monthly bonus.
- OTE 55,000.
