Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative The Position We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to work across Merseyside. Plumbing will be your primary trade, with additional responsibility for a range of general maintenance and repair activities. You will be responsible for completing work to a high standard, with an emphasis on resolving issues efficiently, getting jobs right first time and providing a professional service to residents. Key Responsibilities * Undertake a broad range of plumbing repairs and installations, including identifying and repairing leaks, hot and cold-water systems, immersion heaters, tanks, kitchens and bathrooms. * Complete general multi-trade maintenance, including: * Wall and floor tiling * First and second fix carpentry * Plaster repairs, patching and making good * Painting and decorating * Update job information promptly and accurately using the Axis mobile application. * Work closely with supervisors, scheduling teams and office-based colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. * Carry out appropriate risk assessments and comply with all company health and safety requirements. * Provide guidance and support to apprentices where required. * Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship and customer care. * Work within occupied residential properties while treating residents, their homes and belongings wi...
