Working for a large property services contractor supporting a London-based social housing contract delivering damp, mould and condensation remediation works across occupied residential housing stock. Improving health, safety and living conditions for residents using mobile digital systems to record works and progress as part of a long-term housing maintenance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out damp, mould and condensation inspections.
- Identify root causes of moisture and ventilation issues.
- Treat affected areas using approved anti-mould methods.
- Complete patch plastering and surface preparation works.
