We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a permanent basis, overseeing a variety of planned and reactive works across council housing contracts.

The Role

  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors across a range of housing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including:
    • Kitchen refurbishments
    • Bathroom refurbishments
    • Void property works
    • General refurbishment and maintenance works
  • Ensuring works are completed to the required quality, programme and safety standards
  • Coordinating operatives and subcontractors on site
  • Liaising with clients, residents and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress and resolving day-to-day site issues
  • Ensuring health and safety and site compliance requirements are met

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role, ideally within the social housing sector with refurbishment or maintenance experience. You will need to be organised, confident managing trades and subcontractors, and able to work effectively across multiple properties and projects.
