Company Van
Will carry out a variety of repairs, leading with your core wet trade skills while supporting other maintenance works to deliver a high-quality first-time fix.
Duties include:
- Plastering, patch repairs, rendering and making good.
- Wall and floor tiling.
- Basic carpentry including skirting, doors and minor repairs.
- Painting and decorating to a high standard.
- Completing work using a mobile device to update job progress.
- Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plastering (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in plastering and wet trades.
- Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, decorating and tiling.
