They work alongside major building owners, landlords, and facilities management companies, delivering high-quality repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement works across all property sectors. They are now seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis, covering the Merseyside area on a Maintenance Direct Contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to the highest standard
  • Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable
  • Report any non-compliant installations or appliances
  • Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units
  • Rewire domestic properties (both occupied and void homes)
  • Ensure all work aligns with current regulations and company standards

What You’ll Need

  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Level 3 NVQ
  • Proven experience completing EICRs within social housing and/or private housing settings
