Our reputable Mechanical, Electrical client is expanding their workforce and looking for experienced Electricians with the ability to carry out all the customers' compliance requirements within Social Housing properties to perform maintenance and repairs.
A role of an Electrician will involve:
- Carrying out Electrical Remedial works Domestic Properties (Completing C1, C2, C3 & F/I Defects from EICR Reports)
- Ensuring all administration is complete (MWs, EICs, Customer Sat Notes & Quotes)
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
- A base salary of £43,350
- 40 hours per week
- 23 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays + Birthday rises 1 day per year by a day's holidays up to 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Pension plan
- A fully maintained company vehicle (available for private use as well)

The ideal candidate for an Electrician will need to have:
- Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points
- Approved Electrician (Desirable)
- NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
- An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace
- IPAF and PASMA are not essential but desirable
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
