Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for a long-term Housing Association contract in West Lothian. Contract Details: Location: West Lothian Contract: Housing Association Work Type: Installations Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week Contract Length: 1 year + Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears. Rates: Paid on a price per job – full schedule of rates to be provided Key Benefits: * Local work * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices * Flexible workload (3 days per week minimum) * All jobs pre-surveyed and booked in * Full PPE and kit provided * Long-term ongoing contract Requirements: * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1 * Gas Safe Registered * Panel van with bulkhead (plain or sign written) * Clean DBS Check * No more than 6 points on Driving Licence * Relevant hand tools * Access ladders to reach gutter level, an A-frame, and hop up that conforms to BS EN 131 standards.
