Job Description

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\\n\\nThey have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Coventry area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\n * Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)\\n\\n * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.\\n\\n * Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients\\n\\n * Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * 2 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer\\n\\n * Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.\\n\\n * ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1\\n\\n * Full UK Driving Licence\\n\\n * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)\\n\\nThe Package:\\n\\n * 40 hours per week Monday to Friday\\n\\n * Overtime paid at hourly rate\\n\\n * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.\\n\\n * Salary: Β£41,000 – Β£43,000 per annum (DOE)\\n\\n * Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
