Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\\nThey require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local housing association.\\nContract Details:\\nLocation: Leicester\\nContract: Housing Association\\nWork Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs\\nCommitment: Minimum 3 days per week\\nContract Length: Ongoing\\nPayment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.\\nRates:\\n * £23.48 per Landlord Gas Safety Record\\n * £30.44 per repair (parts provided)\\n * Plus winter incentive of £40.00 per day if engineer commits to 5 days per week (additional £200.00 per week) effective until end of February 2026\\nKey Benefits:\\n * Work within a small radius\\n * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices\\n * Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)\\n * All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system.\\n * Full PPE and kit provided.\\n * Long-term ongoing contract\\nRequirements:\\n * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer\\n * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)\\n * Side Van (plain or sign written)\\n * Gas Safe Registration\\n * Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser\\n * £2m Public Liability Insurance\\n * No unspent criminal convictions\\nTo apply for this vacancy please use an up to date CV and one of the team will be in touch
