We are seeking an experienced Contract Domestic Gas Quality Control Auditor to join our team covering the Home Counties. This role focuses on service and repair work for domestic gas installations.
The Role
- You will carry out quality control inspections on domestic gas service and repair works, ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed safely, accurately, and in line with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
- You will check that engineers have followed correct procedures, confirm gas appliances and central heating systems are functioning properly, and verify that records accurately reflect the work carried out.
- This is a field‑based role, with four days in the field and one day in the office, giving you autonomy to plan your own diary.
Requirements
- Full suite of ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT (CEN1, WAT1), HTR1, CKR1, CPA1
- Strong knowledge of domestic gas appliances, central heating systems, and relevant normative documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence, own tools, and vehicle
