Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operatingwithin the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified electrician to cover the Lincoln area carrying out EICRs and the wiring of central heating within domestic social housing properties.
The Role:
- Carrying out EICR following electrical installation assessment within properties
- Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems in domestic and commercial properties
- Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a qualified electrician
- Experience in wiring central heating systems.
- 18th edition Qualification
- 2391 Test & Inspection or Equivalent
- Part P is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
The Package:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Overtime paid at an hourly rate.
- Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
