Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Colchester area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local authority contract.

The Role:

  • Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
  • Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
  • Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients.
  • Ensure all Health experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer.
  • Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
  • ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1.

£42,000 - £44,000 per annum (DOE).

Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer.

Monthly bonus.

OTE £50,000+ per annum.
