We're seeking a qualified Fire Alarm Engineer to join a respected electrical services provider delivering high-quality fire alarm and AOV solutions across Croydon and South London. Work on domestic and commercial projects, including social housing and local authority properties, with excellent career progression and benefits.
What You'll Do
*
Install, service, maintain, repair, and upgrade fire alarm & AOV systems.
*
Complete full system installations and upgrades to the highest standard.
*
Conduct scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance.
*
Work confidently with a variety of fire alarm control panels, including closed protocol systems.
*
Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
*
Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and BS 5839 regulations.
*
Complete reports, certifications, and digital job documentation.
*
Work safely and in accordance with current Health & Safety legislation.
*
Liaise effectively with colleagues, office staff, and supervisors.
What You'll Need
*
Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
*
FIA training & AO Level 3 in Fire Detection and Alarm Design Theory.
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire safety industry.
*
Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
*
Proactive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
