Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (DOE) + benefits + vehicle
Were working with one of the UKs most well-established names in air and water hygiene compliance. With over 40 years in the industry, our client is now looking for a Compliance Supervisor to lead and support their field-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos experienced in the compliance or ductwork cleaning sector and is ready to step into a leadership role. Youll be responsible for managing environmental hygiene cleaning contracts across ventilation systems, fire dampers, and kitchen extract fire safety cleaning.
As a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, youll take ownership of job delivery, ensure H&S and industry standards are met, oversee training of field teams, and support quality across equipment and procedures. Youll work alongside the Regional Compliance Manager and help develop operatives in line with project needs.
