Key Responsibilities
- Carry out damp, mould and condensation inspections
- Identify root causes of moisture and ventilation issues
- Treat affected areas using approved anti-mould methods
- Complete patch plastering and surface preparation works

- Carry out minor repairs including sealing and finishing works
- Record all job details using PDA/mobile reporting systems
- Liaise with supervisors and planners to manage workload
