Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified commercial heating engineer to cover the Cambridge area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract. The Role: * Servicing commercial heating systems. * Fault finding and repairs on commercial heating systems. * Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients * Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: * 2 years’ experience as a qualified commercial gas/heating engineer * Experience in servicing commercial boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. * Commercial ACS qualifications incl. COCN1 * Full UK Driving Licence * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: * 40 hours per week Monday to Friday * Overtime paid at hourly rate * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. * Salary: £47,500 per annum (DOE) * Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
