About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly expanding provider of construction site security and temporary hire services, is now investing in a dedicated business development function. They’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth across the UK—bringing innovative security and construction support services to contractors, housebuilders, and infrastructure clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on new business development across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, and plant/tool hire.
- Target and win new contracts with Tier 2 and regional contractors, developers, and site managers.
- Promote a full range of solutions including manned guarding, mobile CCTV towers, access control, welfare units, and other hire-based services.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract mobilisation and service delivery.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and new tender opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
