What You’ll Be Doing
- Install a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial sites
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and site specifications
- Ensure all installs are completed to high quality and compliance standards
- Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays (fully covered)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of hands-on air conditioning installation experience
- Confident working with split systems, VRV/VRF, and commercial units
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- F-Gas qualified (preferred)
- Comfortable with national travel and occasional stays away
- Strong work ethic, good communication, and a team player mindset
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Own basic hand tools (specialist kit provided)
