Gas Safe Qualified Multi-Trader
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Gas Safe Qualified Multi Trader to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied role combining gas, plumbing and general property maintenance, with excellent earning potential through optional overtime.
The Role
- Service, diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems.
- Carry out a range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Complete general multi-trade works, including minor property repairs and making good.
- Carry out small plastering, carpentry and general maintenance tasks where required.
- Provide a professional and high standard of customer service in customers' homes.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
- Optional overtime and weekend work available.
- Out-of-hours work paid at time and a half, door-to-door.
- Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform provided.
- Permanent, full-time position.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Gas Safe-qualified Multi Trader.
- Current ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
- Strong domestic gas servicing, fault-finding and repair experience.
- Good plumbing and general property maintenance skills.
- Experience carrying out basic multi-trade repairs and making good.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
